Location: New York · Hours: 9 AM–5 PM ET

Compensation: $6,000/month + performance bonuses

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a creative powerhouse — a videographer who can plan, shoot, edit, and direct videos that stop the scroll. Someone who doesn’t just film content… but tells stories that convert viewers into followers, and followers into buyers.

You’ll own every aspect of video production for MarketDing and our clients — from branded storytelling to fast-paced social ads.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for our campaigns, case studies, ads, and brand content.
  
  
• Own the Creative Process: Turn marketing ideas into compelling scripts, visuals, and storylines.
  
  
• Edit Like a Pro: Master short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (brand stories, testimonials, event videos).
  
  
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with our marketing, design, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life.
  
  
• Brand Building: Help shape the visual identity of MarketDing and our clients through bold, modern storytelling.
  
  
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Constantly evolve with creative, platform, and editing trends — we move fast, and so should you.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 3+ years filming and editing content for high-growth brands or fast-moving agencies.
  
  
• Technical Skillset: Expert in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve; strong understanding of lighting, sound, and composition.
  
  
• Creative Vision: Ability to turn vague concepts into cinematic, emotionally-charged visuals.
  
  
• Speed + Precision: You thrive under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  
  
• Social Fluency: Deep understanding of what works across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
