Compensation: $7,500 / month + performance bonuses

We’re looking for a true SEO genius — a strategist who understands search at its deepest technical and behavioral levels. Someone who’s led complex campaigns, engineered growth across multiple industries, and can manage both the macro (strategy) and micro (execution) with ease.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and Own SEO Strategy: Architect and lead high-level strategies that drive exponential organic growth across multiple industries.
  
  
• Audit & Analyze: Perform deep technical audits, keyword opportunity analyses, and competitor dissections that others overlook.
  
  
• Oversee Implementation: Manage on-page, off-page, and technical optimization in collaboration with designers, developers, and content teams.
  
  
• Algorithm Mastery: Stay five steps ahead of Google’s changes — not reactively, but proactively.
  
  
• Performance Tracking: Build live dashboards, analyze traffic trends, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEOs, guide content creators, and oversee link-building and outreach workflows.
  
  
• Experiment Relentlessly: Test, iterate, and innovate — always pushing for the next 10x result.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven Track Record: 4+ years managing advanced SEO campaigns that delivered real growth (national or multi-location preferred).
  
  
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site architecture.
  
  
• Content & Keyword Strategy: Strong command of topical clustering, semantic SEO, and conversion-focused content planning.
  
  
• Analytical Brilliance: Advanced knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO intelligence tools.
  
  
• Leadership Mindset: Experience overseeing a small SEO team or managing cross-functional collaboration.
  
  
• Obsessive Curiosity: You test, measure, and iterate faster than anyone else.
